Cutting Board

Cutting Board

Plastic Cutting boards can get all scratched up and don't look nearly as nice as wood. Wood is durable and can also be used as serving board if it is maintained nicely!

Global Santoku Chef's Knife

Global Santoku Chef's Knife

Global has a bit of a bad rep in the professional cooking world, but I have loved using them for years! A good chef's knife is vital, and it's not something you should skimp on.

Mandoline

Mandoline

I don't find myself to be a master at knife skills. Mandolines are great because in seconds you can have an entire vegetable or fruit sliced perfectly even and people will think you did it on your own!

Reusable Produce Bags

Reusable Produce Bags

This has been a life-changer! Keeps things so much more organized and eliminates excessive plastic use

Microplane Zester & Grater

Microplane Zester & Grater

A kitchen essential!

Immersion Blender Set

Immersion Blender Set

This set is awesome! It has an immersion blender (perfect for sauces, dressings, desserts, etc.), food processor, and a whisk attachment for rapid whipping. I've had the Cuisinart set for over 4 years now and have had no issues. Upgrade to kitchen aid or other brands for further quality, but this one does the trick!

Javelin Meat Thermometer

Javelin Meat Thermometer

$10 Meat Thermometers work fine too, but I've been using this brand for years have loved it! It is fast, durable, and lasts longer than typical thermos.

Deli Containers

Deli Containers

Deli containers are every cook's best friend and they are about to be yours too. Make your fridge and pantry look more organized than ever! These are a true lifesaver

Staub Cast-Iron Pan

Staub Cast-Iron Pan

Cast-iron pans are must-have in the kitchen. Since I bought my first one, I have done about 90% of my pan cooking in them. Both Staub and Lodge are excellent brands, with Staub being better quality and more expensive than the classic Lodge.

Lodge Cast-Iron Pan

Lodge Cast-Iron Pan

With your cast-iron pan, I highly recommend getting chainmail to clean it and a silicone grip to prevent yourself from burning your hand on the handle!
